Sovereign Woman: The Art of Flow

Sovereign Woman: The Art of Flow is a live three-part activation journey for women ready to move out of force, struggle, and repeating patterns—and into greater ease, receptivity, and alignment. Together, we will explore the sacred art of releasing what no longer serves you, receiving with greater openness, and creating more conscious relationships with yourself, abundance, and love. Waking our Connection to Earth, Body and Field: The Sovereign Woman

When women heal, the Earth heals.

When a woman’s breath returns to coherence, her connection to Earth, Body, and Field deepens.

This is Indigenous wisdom lived through the body.

When women heal at this level, the Earth heals through us.

I am Ana Luna, PhD

A ceremonial leader and sacred practitioner bringing gifts for restoration and wellness to women who seek relief from pain, anxiety and fear and who want to do it naturally.

Twenty years ago, my spiritual awakening brought me to my knees. I had been struggling with pain, regularly experiencing nightmares and the grief I carried from generational and historical trauma was overwhelming. Even though I had been training to be a psychologist, traditional talk therapy wasn’t helping me. When I went through the journey of reclaiming my Indigenous heritage and practicing ceremonial ways, the layers of pain, grief and anxiety started to lift away. Now I am committed to bring these sacred practices to women who need deep ancestral relief and are ready to reclaim their lives, their power and their sanity.
